I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, enter your email and we will send you a code to set a new password.
I did not get the code email
Check your spam or promotions folder, then ask for a new code in the app. The email comes from “Aguga”.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Profile → Delete account. It deletes your account and all your progress. Without the app, see Delete your account.
A word, picture or sound is wrong
Some content is made with AI and can be wrong. Email us the word, the languages and what is wrong, and we will fix it for everyone.
