Delete your Aguga account

How to delete your account and what happens to your data.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Aguga and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Without the app

Send an email to support@aguga.app from the email address of your Aguga account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and password hash.
• Your settings: languages, level, topics, lesson size, daily goal.
• All your learning progress and study days.

It is removed from our database immediately. Copies in our daily backups disappear within 14 days, when those backups expire. We keep nothing else about you.

Shared learning content (words, pictures and sounds that every learner uses) is not personal data and stays in Aguga.
