Terms of use
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Sarkhan Rasullu, the developer of Aguga (“we”, “us”), about using the Aguga app and website. By creating an account or using Aguga, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Aguga.
1. Who can use Aguga
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your account
- Give a real email address that you can access, and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@aguga.app if you think someone else is using it.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
3. Using Aguga
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Aguga for your own learning. You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone else’s rights while using Aguga;
- try to break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the app or our server, or get around its limits;
- copy, sell or republish Aguga’s content (words, pictures, sounds) outside the app.
4. Learning content and AI
Aguga’s words, translations, example sentences, pictures and pronunciations are partly created with artificial intelligence. We work to make them correct, but they may sometimes contain mistakes. Aguga is a learning aid, not a professional translation service. If you find a wrong or inappropriate word, picture or sound, please tell us at support@aguga.app and we will fix it.
5. Our rights
Aguga, its design, code and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of them. Your learning progress belongs to you.
6. Price and changes
Aguga is currently free. We may add paid features or advertising in the future; if we do, we will tell you clearly in the app before anything costs money, and paid features will be described in the app store listing. We may change, improve or remove features, and we may stop offering Aguga, giving notice in the app when we reasonably can.
7. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Aguga and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why where possible.
8. No warranty
Aguga is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of Aguga. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
10. App stores
If you downloaded Aguga from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply to the download. For the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms; Apple is not responsible for Aguga or its support.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app. If you keep using Aguga after a change, you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
