Hailvolt privacy policy
Effective date: 5 November 2026
This policy applies to the Hailvolt game for Android (app id com.aguga.hailvolt).
The short version
- You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or location.
- Your game progress (best score, coins, upgrades, paint jobs, missions, settings) is stored only on your device. We never receive it.
- The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google's ad software collects device information, such as your advertising ID and IP address, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
- Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) you are asked for consent before ads use your data for personalization, and you can change your choice in the game's Hangar.
- The game sends no usage statistics, crash reports or other data to us or to any analytics service.
- The game has no in-app purchases and no notifications.
- Hailvolt is intended for players aged 13 and over.
1. Who we are
Hailvolt is developed and published by Sarkhan Rasullu, an individual developer trading as Aguga Games ("we", "us"). For the processing described in this policy that happens inside the app, we are the controller of your data. Google is an independent controller for the data its advertising services collect, as described in section 3. You can contact us at support@aguga.app.
2. Data stored on your device
To keep your progress between sessions, the game saves the following in the app's private storage on your device:
- your best score, coin balance, upgrades, paint jobs, feats, daily missions and daily streak;
- your settings, such as sound, and which tips you have seen;
- simple counters the game uses to pace ads, such as the number of finished runs and when the last ad was shown.
This data is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it does not identify you. On Android, if you have turned on device backup, the operating system may include this app data in your personal Google backup; that backup is controlled by your device settings and Google, not by us.
Because we do not have a copy, we cannot restore lost progress. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes this information.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Hailvolt is free to download and is supported by ads. We use Google AdMob, which includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent. The game shows:
- occasional full-screen ads between runs (never during play, and not during a new player's first runs);
- optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch, for example for a second chance after you lose or to double your coins.
When ads are requested or shown, Google's software automatically collects and processes the following, according to Google's own disclosures:
| Data | Examples | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Device and advertising identifiers | Android advertising ID, app set ID and, where applicable, identifiers related to accounts signed in on the device | Showing and measuring ads, frequency capping, fraud prevention; personalized ads only where permitted |
| IP address | Used to estimate the general location of the device (for example the country or city) | Ad selection, legal compliance (for example which consent rules apply), fraud prevention |
| Product interactions | App launches, taps, ad views and video views | Ad delivery, measurement and analytics |
| Diagnostic information | Performance data of the app and the ad software, such as launch time, hang rate and energy use | Keeping the ad software working, analytics, fraud prevention |
| Device information | Device model, operating system version, language, app version | Ad delivery and compatibility |
Google encrypts this data in transit. Google may combine it with other information it holds to personalize ads, depending on your consent, your device settings and your Google account settings. Ads may also be served by third-party ad buyers that take part in Google's auctions; where consent is required, only partners you allow in the consent message may use your data for purposes that need consent.
Read how Google uses this information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not receive your advertising ID or any of the data listed above in a form that identifies you. We only see aggregated reports from AdMob (for example how many ads were shown per country).
4. Consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are requested. You can accept, reject or choose specific purposes and partners. If you do not consent, Google may still show non-personalized or limited ads, which use data such as your IP address for purposes like fraud prevention and frequency capping, under the legal bases shown in the consent message.
Where US state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or of targeted advertising, you can do so through the "Privacy choices" button in the game's Hangar (where shown) and through your device's advertising settings.
5. Your choices
- Change your consent: open the game, go to the Hangar and tap "Privacy choices". The button appears where a consent choice applies to you.
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on your device) lets you reset or delete your advertising ID.
- Google account: manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.
- Play offline: the game works without an internet connection. With no connection, no ads are requested and no data is sent to Google.
6. Children
Hailvolt is not directed at children. It is intended for players aged 13 and over, and its store listing sets the target audience to 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent that applies in your country). If you believe a child has used the game and that data about them was processed, contact us at support@aguga.app and we will help, including by asking Google to act on the data where possible.
7. Retention and deletion
- Game progress and settings: kept on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
- Advertising data: retained by Google according to Google's retention policies, see How Google retains data it collects. You can stop further collection by resetting or deleting your advertising ID, withdrawing consent in "Privacy choices", or uninstalling the game.
- We hold no account or personal profile about you, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. If you contact us by email, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to answer you, and for no more than 12 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR, or US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Because we do not hold personal data about you, most requests are best handled through the controls in section 5 or directly with Google. We will answer any request sent to support@aguga.app within the time required by law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security and international transfers
Your game data stays in the app's private storage on your device. Data collected by Google's ad software is encrypted in transit (TLS) and may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States, under the safeguards Google describes in its privacy policy.
10. What we do not do
- No accounts, sign-in or social login.
- No analytics, usage statistics or crash reporting sent off your device.
- No in-app purchases and no handling of payment details.
- No push or local notifications.
- No access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or location. The game itself needs only internet access, for ads; other technical permissions in the app come from Google's ad software, which uses them to load ads and to use the Android advertising ID.
- No chat or user-generated content.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the game changes how it handles data and change the effective date at the top, before the version with that change is released.
