Nova Squad terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Sarkhan Rasullu, the developer of Nova Squad (“we”, “us”), about using the Nova Squad game. By installing or playing the game you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

In short: Nova Squad is free to play and supported by ads. There are no accounts and no purchases. Your progress is stored only on your device.

1. Who can play

Nova Squad is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

2. Free, with ads

  • The game is free to download and play. It has no in-app purchases and you cannot pay for anything in it.
  • The game shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner on the main menu, occasional full-screen ads after a won level, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Ads are never shown during play or when the game starts.
  • How ads use your data, and how to change your choices (the “Privacy options” button in Settings), is explained in the privacy policy.

3. No account, progress on your device

You do not need an account. Your levels, stars, coins, upgrades and settings are saved only on your device. We do not have a copy, so we cannot restore progress that is lost when you uninstall the game, clear its data or change devices.

4. Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play Nova Squad on your own devices. You agree not to:

  • copy, sell, rent or republish the game, or pass it off as your own;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law allows it;
  • use tools to tamper with the game or its ads, for example to fake ad views or clicks;
  • use the game in a way that breaks the law or anyone else’s rights.

5. Our rights

Nova Squad, its design, code, art, effects and music belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of them. Third-party software in the game, such as Google’s advertising software, stays under its own terms.

6. Changes

We may update the game, add or remove features, or stop offering it, and we may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the game or in the store release notes. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms. If we ever add paid features, we will say so clearly in the store listing and in the game before anything costs money.

7. No warranty

Nova Squad is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

9. App stores

If you downloaded Nova Squad from Google Play or the Apple App Store, their terms also apply to the download. The store is not responsible for the game or its support.
